Returns and Exchanges

  • Am I eligible for a refund or exchange?
    Yes, you will be able to refund your items in brand new condition with all the original packaging and with the zip-tie seal still intact. Returned items may be refunded or exchanged within 21 days of our dispatch date. Please notify us at contact@aparatojewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your items if you wish to return or exchange them and we will guide you through the process.  
  • What if the items I have received is wrong or damaged?
    Please immediately contact customer service via email and we will respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm.
