  • How do I make a purchase?
    If you already know the item you wish to purchase, you can directly type in the name of the item in the search box on the top right hand corner. Or you can shop by product category such as RING or BRACELETS, and browse through our selection of product. Be sure to specify what choice of Metal (Sterling Silver, Brass, or 24 K Gold Plated Brass) and which size you want. 

    You can continue your shopping experience or click the shopping bag logo in the menu bar to complete your purchase.
  • Do I need to set up an account to make a purchase?
    Yes, you will need to register with us before your order can be processed. This will not take more than 2 minutes and it can be done while placing your order. Having an account will enable you to store shipping information and confirm any order payment transfers. 
  • How do I know if an item is in stock?
    Most items shown on the website are in stock, however if an item you have ordered is unavailable when we come to pack and ship it, you will not be charged for that item and will  be contacted by our customer service team by email. If you can’t find the size or metal you are looking for, you are welcome to contact customer service in the possibility that we may be able to re-stock the items you want. Please be aware that items you have added to the shopping bag can still be bought by other customers until your order is completed.
  • How do I know if you have received my order?
    You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after you have completed your order. However, please note that this is only to inform you that we have acknowledged your order and not a confirmation that your purchase has been shipped. Only after the item(s) ordered are located and checked, the credit card details or payment transfers have been approved and the delivery address has been verified, will your order be accepted and the item(s) ordered are shipped.
  • What happens if there is a mistake in my personal details after I have completed an order?
    In the case of incorrect input of personal details, please immediately email contact@aparatojewelry.com or use the form in Contact Us to inform the customer service team of your correct details. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve the issue, however, we can assure you that we will try our best to amend your order.
